1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 386bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 386bet website located at https://386bet.bet and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or promotional products offered by the Platform.

By creating a 386bet account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it, including via desktop browser and mobile browser.

386bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 386bet account and to use any of the Platform's services. By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. 386bet takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously and will enforce age verification on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. Winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonus amounts credited to the account.

2.2 Eligible Players

To be eligible to register and maintain a 386bet account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform;
• Be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion arrangement that covers online gambling platforms;
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 386bet or any of its affiliated entities.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a 386bet account, you must complete the registration form accurately and honestly. You are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, contact number, and preferred currency (BDT). You must also create a unique username and a strong password.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture. If you believe you already have an existing account, contact support before registering again.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

386bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before making withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account information current at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. 386bet will not be responsible for failed communications or delayed transactions arising from outdated account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 386bet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 386bet immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 386bet will not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to a failure by the player to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each registered player may hold exactly one active 386bet account at any given time. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified by our systems — through matching personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any combination of these signals — all associated accounts may be suspended. Balances and winnings on duplicate accounts will be subject to review and may be forfeited at 386bet's sole discretion.

3.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are using the 386bet platform voluntarily and that gambling involves real financial risk. You agree to set and adhere to personal limits on the time and money you spend gambling. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

386bet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at 386bet's discretion. Players are advised to check the cashier section of the Platform for the current list of supported payment methods at the time of their transaction.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount on 386bet is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time or within one to two minutes for mobile banking transactions. 386bet does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is not registered to the player — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 386bet finance team during business hours. In most cases, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are completed within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 386bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). International card transactions may be subject to foreign exchange conversion fees charged by the card issuer or network. 386bet does not apply its own currency conversion charge.

5. Bonus Terms

5.1 Eligibility and Acceptance

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on 386bet are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted both the specific offer terms and these general Terms. 386bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the player.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 386bet are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the player must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer) a stated number of times. Wagering requirements, eligible game types, contribution rates by game category, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods are disclosed in the specific offer terms at the time of claiming.

As a general guide: sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements typically count at 100% for qualifying pre-match and in-play bets at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater. Casino slots typically count at 100%. Live casino table games and certain other game categories may count at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The applicable rates are stated in each individual offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

386bet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players on promotional terms, or exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus value. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Seasonal and Promotional Offers

386bet runs seasonal promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, T20 World Cup events, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. These promotions are subject to limited availability and their own specific terms. 386bet is not obligated to run any particular promotion and reserves the right to modify or cancel seasonal offers at short notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 386bet are accepted subject to the market-specific rules published in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. 386bet offers pre-match and in-play betting across cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake and payout limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

386bet reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or betting market where there is evidence of price errors, data feed failures, match-fixing, or any other irregularity. In the case of a match abandonment or postponement, settlement will follow the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability and may be suspended at any time during the event.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games available on 386bet — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe. Each game is subject to the individual rules displayed within the game interface. All certified games use random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any wagered stakes returned to the player's account, subject to game-provider rules. 386bet will not be liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by factors outside the Platform's direct control, including player-side internet failure.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a pricing error, odds miscalculation, or technical malfunction that results in an unintended payout — 386bet reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and return the wagered amount to the player. A manifest error is one that a reasonable, informed person would immediately recognise as incorrect. 386bet's decision on what constitutes a manifest error is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 386bet Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a 386bet account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected with illegal activity. 386bet has an obligation to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets using knowledge obtained through participation in, or corrupt influence over, a sporting event. Any bet suspected of being placed using inside information will be voided.
• Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or coordinated manual strategies to systematically exploit pricing inefficiencies or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
• Multiple account abuse: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or acting as an agent for third-party players without express written consent from 386bet.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made by the account holder for the purpose of betting on the Platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 386bet account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are processed within three to five business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate a self-exclusion period directly from your account's responsible gaming settings, or request exclusion via support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 386bet will also take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive promotional communications during your exclusion period. 8.3 Suspension and Closure by 386bet

386bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a specified timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a dormancy review;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed or suspended by 386bet due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 386bet will communicate the reason for any suspension or closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, 386bet will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered player via email. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain withdrawable upon account reactivation following identity verification. 386bet does not charge dormancy fees on dormant account balances.

8.5 Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 386bet with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior representations, understandings, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
